Rubik’s cube is a simple yet a challenging puzzle to crack and makes a good analogy for organizational process. While the principles it shares with team management are simplistic, it is the successful application and execution of these principles for Team Management that can prove to be challenging.

OVERVIEW

Aligning the pieces of the cube to the core. There are 43 quintilian possible combinations on the Rubik’s Cube, but only one solution. While solving the cube, sometimes an individual move on the cube looked like it was making a mess, but it was really part of the solution. This taught us that in order to make further progress we need to be flexible and sometimes deconstruct what we already have to reach our desired solution.
