MOHD FAUZAN HUSHIM
Mohd Fauzan Hushim are appointed as panel trainer for MFH Consultant (M) Sdn Bhd. Fauzan’s impressive
credentials ranges from an excellent academic qualilication to various experiences conducting training for both corporate and government sectors. For the past ten years, he has been holding the position of co-trainer for Tn. Haji Hushim Salleh, a
well-known registered counsellor and psychologist in Malaysia. He has trained a large number of clients from various industries such as KTMB, Telekom, MRT Corp, Proton Commerce, KPJ Hospital Specialist, Cycle & Carriage, Indah Water Konsortium, JPN, Penang Port, FELDA, JPA, and Perak Corporation Berhad.
Dr. Ahmad Kamal bin Ariffin was born on May 5, 1975 at the Seremban Hospital, Negeri Sembilan. He began his career as a teacher and school counselor for 7 years in secondary schools, Shah Alam, Selangor. Later he became assistant director of the school of management at the Ministry of Education for 10 years. Currently he works as a freelance motivator, profesional counselor and writer for Mingguan Wanita magazine from 2012 until now.

toh siew pat
Toh started his career in 1977 as a police inspector with the Royal Malaysian Police.
He subsequently joined the private sector in 1991 as a security manager before taking up the role as a human resources manager in 1995. Since then, he has headed the human resource and administration department of various public listed companies.
Toh developed his passion for public speaking and training when he was invited to speak in a conference in 2004. Since then, he has conducted numerous in-house training programs, public training programs and has chaired/spoken at various public conferences & seminars. He also speaks in various seminars organized by various State Industrial Relations Departments and State Labour Departments.
Toh was the facilitator for the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management’s (MIHRM) Certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRM) and Diploma in Human Resource Management (DHRM) programs (Employment Act module, Industrial Relations Act module and Trade Unions Act module) from 2007 to 2011.

Phang has accumulated wide experience in the field of management, sales and marketing, managing project teams in driving the CRM strategies over the past two decades. Being a marketer by profession, he was in charge of the sales & marketing division in the fast moving consumer goods where achievement of sales targets is the most important KPI.
Having to train and motivate his sales teams to achieve results, Phang has developed a strong passion for training. As such, he became a full time trainer 18 years ago.
He holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Wawasan Open University and Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom (CIM, UK). He is a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Certified Practitioner and also a Certified Trainer with Perbadanan Sumber Manusia Bhd (PSMB). He is also a Trained Lego Serious Play facilitator.
He has trained and facilitated many programs for corporate companies that include some of the biggest and well known namely IBM, DHL, Toshiba, Lafarge, Ericsson, Kompakar, Huawei, Agilent, Perodua, Kimberly Clark & many more. Phang is proficient in both B. Malaysia and English.

Ir. Yap Chee Wah, IEM/BEM Pt. 2, P.ENG, MIEM is a Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia. He has more than 10 years of experience in the electrical consultancy services. He is experienced in housing, commercial, SREP and Feed-In-Tariff (F.I.T.) projects of different sizes and complexities. Ir. Yap has registered with Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran of Kementerian SumberManusia, as Pakar Industri(PIND), Panel NOSS(PNOSS), Pegawai Pengesah Luaran(PPL), Pegawai Pengesah Luaran-Sistem Latihan Dwi Nasional(PPL-SLDN) and Train The Trainer (TTT) from HRDF/PSME. Ir. Yap is also a Registered Wireman NIL(PW4) with Suruhanjaya Tenaga and currently Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM) and Competent Electrical Engineer with Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
During the employment with a contractor firm, Ir. Yap worked as a Project Engineer. He has gained the experiences of hands-on wiring works in different industries. He also holds the Certificate of Competency on Grid-Connected Photovoltaic System (GCPV) for Wireman & Chargeman with SEDA. Ir. Yap has conducted public and in-house trainings in the field of electrical engineering on topics of Electrical Engineering for Non-Electrical Engineer, Electrical Wiring System for Non-Electrical Engineer, Electrical Safety, Electrical Safety for Contractors & Construction Workers, Keselamatan Elektrik, Electrical Wiring and Safety to participants from private as well as government sector.
shafinah che ariff
Shafinah has been involved in training and development for more than 20 years . She is passionate about nurturing the present talent for future personal and organizational growth. Prior to starting her own business, she has worked in Hotel, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas Industries. Shafinah is an approved PSMB Trainer. She is also a certified professional coach and assessor.
Academically, she hold a Master of Business Administration, Bachelor in Human Resources Management and Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management. In addition, Shafinah is a certified trainer for DiSC and Everything DiSC, Situational Leadership, Leading Positive Performance, Change Essential. She is also a certified master practitioner NLP and LAB profile.
Her expertise includes DiSC, Everything DiSC, Train the Trainer, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Talent Assessment, Coaching, Mentoring, Leadership, and Supervisory Skills, Team Development, Customer Service, Industrial Relations and Performance Management.
She has facilitated various Leadership and Management courses to participants (all levels) across the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Europe, and Africa. Throughout her career, she has developed various program to help the organization attract, grow and retain the right talent to support the business goals.
mohd shaharuddin abdul latiff
Mohd Shaharuddin Abdul Latiff is an HSE Consultant and Trainer with more than 22 years of industrial related working experience. He specializes in providing training and consultancy services, especially in Hazardous Chemicals, Hazardous Wastes, Process Plant Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Management. His HSE consultancies services covering various type of industries such as in oil & gas industries, chemical specialty plant, plastic & rubber based industry, automotive industries, pulp & paper manufacturing, woodworking industries, electroplating and electronic plant, steelmaking industries, food & beverage industries, paint manufacturing, construction industries, healthcare industries, utilities provider for water & wastewater treatment plant ,solid waste management company and an off-site facility for treatment and disposal of scheduled wastes. Shaharuddin has been actively conducting training on HSE Legal Compliance Program. He also has wide experience in conducting training and providing ISO consultancy to guide companies in implementing ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Carbon Footprint Assessment, Green Productivity Assessment, Life Cycle Assessment and Cleaner Production Program. He had registered as Industry Expert under Department of Skill Development, MOHR in Chemical and Environmental Sector and involve in giving training and consultancy such as Chemical Management for Product Stewardship Program to comply with International Chemical Laws such as REACH, WEEE, RoHS & and other EU Directive.
